Please note that delays in shipping are out of our control. We cannot guarantee on-time deliveries all the time.
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy:
Speededge has the right to refuse exchange of item if the Company suspects in any way that the returned item has been tampered with or exchanged with a “copy” of the
item.
• Items may be exchanged within 7 days for another item of the same value or higher.
• If you cannot find anything to replace your item, you will be issued a store credit. No refunds will be given for change of mind or wrong purchase.
• If a product is damaged or was faulty upon delivery – we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: We have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please return complete with the packaging that it
came with with no damage on packaging.
. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer will receive a notification about the status of the exchange/ refund.
Speededge will not be held liable for undelivered packages or lost packages.
• It is the buyers responsibility to track the status of order.
• We have a flat rate shipping of PhP 200.00 which does not include shipping insurance. If you wish to have your items insured, please get in touch with us at
support@speededge.ph
• If your package is lost, we can help you file a report and follow up with the shipping company.
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order please contact us as quickly as possible at 09164375050 or send us a message via Viber.
• You should receive an acknowledgement that your message was read and that your order will be put on hold to make the necessary changes. If you receive no
response, this means that the changes have not yet been effected.
Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email/txt/pm confirming the cancellation/changes.
• If you are within Metro Manila, same day delivery is possible by booking third party logistics like Lalamove/Grab/Mr Speedy.
• Place your order and indicate during checkout that a 3rd party logistic is picking up your order.
• Wait for our payment validation before booking the pickup.
• IMPORTANT: We do not accept PESONET transactions for same day pick-ups. PESONET usually take three days before transfers are reflected to our account.
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
• We accept offline payments via direct bank deposits, Palawan Express and Gcash
For pick ups, please do not use PESONET transactions
