ROLLSIZER Manual Decapper

The Rollsizer.com Manual Decapper will process 380ACP cases up to 308Win. The machine will remove the spent primers up to 6,000 cases per hour (if your arm AND casefeeder can keep up) and cases can be processed soiled. Please note, all Rollsizer.com machines come with a Tube and adaptor to suit a Dillon casefeeder.
The Manual Decapper is a back / forward crank operation and can be short stroked for the shorter pistol cases allowing very high processing rates. By adjusting the position of the stop blocks and decapper position, you can adjust for the height of the cases being processed. As supplied the decapper will be siupplied for processing 9mm cases.
The Manual Decapper CANNOT be converted to a powered unit as the crank shaft does not rotate 360 degrees.
The Manual Decapper is supplied with adjustments to allow short stroking (pistol cases) or longer rifle cases. adjustment is relatively simple and can be acheived with 3mm and 5mm allen keys and a open end wrench to adjust the position of the decapping die.
The Manual Decapper is a quick machine and a cost effective alternative the using your press especially when using soiled cases.
The Manual Decapper does not have an operation and maintenance manual as yet but as an interim we are providing the Automatic unit whilst the manual is being finalised. The Operation and Maintenance manual will be listed on the Website Shortly.
