Frequently Asked Questions


1)     What payment methods do you accept?

Currenlty our website accepts payments via Gcash and bank deposits (BDO/ BPI/ Metrobank)

 2)     Can you ship my order on the same day of my deposit?

Yes, as long as it passes the following criteria:

  • Payment is deposited before our cut-off time of 10:00 A.M (Mondays to Fridays only)

  • Deposit is NOT a PESONET transaction

  • Your item does not require special shipping (refer to #6)

Same day shipping however, is not guaranteed as there are circumstances that may be beyond our control

3)     What if I made my payment on Saturday, can you ship on the same day?

No.  We can only process same day shipping for orders that were processed on a weekday.

 4)     When will I receive my item?

Please be guided with the shipping period below.  The shipping period starts after the payment has been verified.

Metro Manila:   1-2 days
Provincial:        2-5 days

Delays in shipping are out of our control.  We cannot guarantee on-time deliveries all the time.

5)     Will I receive a refund if my order was shipped but not delivered by the courier?

No, we will not process any refund if the courier loses the item during the delivery period. Please contact us should you wish to avail of shipping insurance. (

6)     What items require special shipping?

Items that require special shipping and cannot be shipped by air cargo are the ff:

  • Brass/ empty casings

  • Reloaders

  • Components (heads, primers, reloading powder)

  • Bullets

  • Major firearm parts (Barrels/ Slides/ Magazines/ Red Dots)

Items that require special shipping such as those listed above can only be shipped via trucking or sea cargo

  • Consolidated and shipped once a week

  • Shipping Fee is “collect” : buyer pays for the shipping cost to the trucking company upon arrival of goods to stated address.


Guidelines for Merchandise Return/Refund per Republic Act (R.A.) 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines

  1. Only defective products bought from this store can be returned or exchanged.

  2. Under the IRR (Implementing Rules and Regulations) of R.A. 7394, The Consumer Act of the Philippines, a change of mind on the part of the customer does not entitle him/her to a refund or exchange.

  3. The prohibition of the “No Return, No Exchange” does not apply if the product bought is in perfect condition or has no defect.

  4. Refund will be the last resort if the defective item under warranty can no longer be repaired or there is no longer a replacement unit available at the time the warranty is being processed.

1)     Until when can I return my item?

The return process must be initiated within 7 days of order receipt, starting from the day of receipt. Date of receipt of item will be based on the tracking number of the shipment.  If the return/refund was initiated after the 7 day period, we can no longer accept the item in question.

 2)     What items are eligible for return/ refund?

Items with manufacturing defects or deviations from factory specifications and wrong item shipped are eligible for return/ refund.

3) What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective, or isn’t what I ordered?

If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging.  Send us an email stating a brief description of your product defect, your order number, delivery receipt, and a photo or video of the defective item.

Our team will review the report and see if it is qualified to be serviced under its warranty and/or replaced. Please allow us 3-5 days to process you report. Once assessment has been made, please expect a staff from Speededge Inc to get in touch with you.

Please Note:  Speededge goes the extra mile by taking photos of all items before shipping.  We keep records of these photos.  Make sure you have carefully inspected the items before reporting for a missing part/ defective part.

 4)     My item is eligible for refund, how and when can I get my money back?

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 2 weeks, though generally less.
Once the return has been approved, it takes 2 to 5 days for the refund to be made by Speededge Inc to your payment services provider (i.e. to your bank).

5)     Will you refund my shipping costs if I return my order?

Return shipping fees will only be shouldered by Speededge if your item has a factory defect or wrong merchandise was shipped to you.

 6)     How much shipping fee will you refund to me?

The amount of shipping fee that was charged to you by Speededge, Inc when you ordered the item will be the refund amount for the return shipping fee
