REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY


This policy is in accordance with Republic Act (R.A.) 7394 – The Consumer Act of the Philippines.

General Policy

  • Only defective items purchased from Speededge Inc. are eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Change of mind is not a valid ground for return, exchange, or refund under R.A. 7394.
  • Items that are in perfect condition and free from defects are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • refund is a last resort and will only be issued if:
    • The defective item cannot be repaired, and
    • No replacement unit is available during warranty processing.

 

  1. Return Period
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date the item was received.
  • The date of receipt will be based on the courier tracking record.
  • Requests made after 7 days will no longer be accepted.
  1. Eligible Items for Return or Refund

      Only the following are eligible:

  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Items with factory specification issues
  • Incorrect items shipped
  1. What to Do if You Receive a Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item
  • Do not remove tags or discard the original packaging.
  • Email us with the following:
    • Order number
    • Delivery receipt
    • Clear photo or video showing the defect or issue
    • Brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
Once assessed, a Speededge Inc. representative will contact you.
Replacement will be the first option for defective or damaged items if stock is available.


A refund will only be issued if a replacement is not available or the item cannot be repaired.

Note: Speededge documents all items with photos prior to shipping. Customers are advised to inspect items thoroughly before reporting missing or defective parts.

  1. Refund Processing
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection by our Quality Assurance team.
  • Inspection may take up to 2 weeks, but is usually completed sooner.
  • Once approved, refunds are released within 2–5 business days through your original payment provider (e.g., bank).
  1. Return Shipping Fees
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Speededge Inc. only if:
    • The item has a factory defect, or
    • The wrong item was shipped
  1. Shipping Fee Refund Amount
  • The refundable shipping fee will be equal to the original shipping fee charged by Speededge Inc. at the time of purchase.
